Homeownership Application

Customer Testimonial

Our family would like to thank the amazing staff at NHS for assisting us in purchasing our first home. We worked with so many incredible people throughout this process that we would like to thank.

Anne Peele, was the instructor for our scheduled workshop. She provided us with some very good information along with having two speakers who answered a lot of questions a first time homebuyer would have.

Kira Gardner-Marshall, was amazing with answering all of our questions on scheduling  our one-on-one counseling session and matched us up with a fantastic counselor.

Rena Somar, was the counselor we were assigned to and she helped us to understand what we could afford comfortably and explained all the great programs NHS had to offer.

Pat Clements, was who we worked with for to the program we qualified for and selected to use. She helped us through every step of the process and kept the lines of communication open at all times. She worked closely with us along with our realtor, loan office, and additional personnel at our selected bank which we greatly appreciated. She even reached out to us after hours if needed to solve any issues. She was truly amazing from start to finish.

It was an absolute pleasure working with all the ladies at NHS. It was great having such support from their office. We truly feel blessed and plan to recommend NHS to all our friends and family members looking to purchase their first homes.

Thank you, thank you, thank you all!!!

- Christopher and Kristin Dorsey
