With 19 employees, we are a nonprofit, homeownership organization that strives to strengthen and revive communities throughout Baltimore and greater Maryland, through education and consumer lending. We hire a diverse group of employees that include homeownership advisors, rehab specialists, loan officers, resource development and marketing specialists, program assistants, accountants and project specialists.

Based in Mt. Vernon, we have been a major player in community development in Baltimore for 35 years, which we could not have achieved without the dedication and expertise of our wonderful staff.
