1. Be sure to replace/change air filters in all forced air furnaces.
2. Insulate hot/cold water lines in basement with styrene foam insulation or equivalent.
3. Turn off water to exterior hose bib at the valve in basement.
4. Use caulk to seal all openings around window casings.
5. Install weather-stripping to help seal around all exterior doors.
