Our HUD certified housing counselors will work with you step by step and do everything possible to prevent a foreclosure on your home. We will attempt to work out a loan modification with your lender or refinance you in into one of our low interest mortgages. If you are delinquent on your payments and not yet facing foreclosure, we can counsel you on debt consolidation and help you bring your mortgage current.

Please note that in order to help you the best way that we can, we will need to pull your report. The fee for the report is $4.75 for an individual report or $9.50 for a joint report. Payment for this fee can be made online under the default and delinquency section.
