Terms: We are offer refinancing options with interest rates as low as 4.95%. If you are currently in a high interest, or sub-prime mortgage with adjustable arms, we can put you in a low, fixed interest rate loan. Refinance with us between now and the end of June and receive a fixed rate of 4.95%. Beginning July 1st, the rate will increase to 5.20.

Eligibility: Must have a credit score of 580 or higher and qualify for homeowner’s insurance. You must also speak with one of our HUD certified housing counselors and attend a Financial Fitness class.
