Collect and submit the documents below in order to schedule a 1-on-1 homeownership counseling appointment. This allows your counselor to help you determine what you can afford and what incentives you’re eligible for, prior to meeting.


Documents to submit now

Paystubs (for last 60 days)
W2’s (for last 2 years)
Federal tax returns (for last 2 years with all attachments)
Bank statements (all checking and savings accounts for last 3 months)
Photo ID (Driver’s license or state issued photo ID)
NHS Intake Form (only if you completed homebuyer education online – download here)
Completed Budget (download here)
Credit Authorization form (download here)

Important : if any required document is missing from this checklist your inquiry cannot be processed and it will delay your ability to schedule a counseling session.
