As a social justice organization committed to meaningful impacts on people’s lives, we are unwavering in our dedication to dismantling obstacles and opening opportunities so that everyone can thrive regardless of background, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, or abilities. We strive to dismantle systemic inequalities that have plagued Baltimore for far too long. We recognize that this work must start with us. Our structure, systems, and processes must mature along with our growth.  Achieving long-lasting equity requires advocating for policy changes and addressing the underlying beliefs and biases deeply ingrained within ourselves and our institution.
