Participation Requirements
- Must be a current homeowner
- Must live in Greater Mondawmin, Panway/Walbrook, or Rosemont
- Must be current on your mortgage
- Household income must be at or below 80% AMI
- Must need exterior repairs on your home
- Must attend all sessions
