Fast Track Program

Provided by a professional, financial coaching can help you determine and achieve your goals in as little as six months. It can help you develop skills to manage money, fix your credit, qualify for a loan, purchase a home, and gain financial stability.

Meet with a counselor

To help you improve your financial situation, we must first look at your current standing. Gather and submit the following documentation to schedule an appointment and begin the Fast Track program.

Paystubs (for last 60 days)
W2’s (for last 2 years)
Federal tax returns (for last 2 years with all attachments)
Bank statements (all checking and savings accounts for last 3 months)
Photo ID (Driver’s license or state issued photo ID)
NHS Intake Form (only if you completed homebuyer online – download here)
Completed Budget (download here)
Credit Authorization form (download here)

Submit all documentations via email to SHilton@nhsbaltimore.com

Upon receipt of these documents, our Intake Specialist will contact you within 2 business days to schedule your appointment.
