Choose The Right Loan For You
Rapid Rehab Home Improvement Loan
Perfect for smaller, quick-turnaround projects. Borrow up to $20,000 with funds available in as little as 30 days. There are no income limits, and you manage your own project from start to finish.
Rehab Home Improvement Loan
Designed for larger projects that require more time and support. Borrow up to $30,000 if your income is up to 80% of Baltimore’s Area Median Income (AMI). Our NHS rehab specialists will help guide you through every step from selecting contractors to project completion.
Home Upgrades for Seniors
